	10 July 2010: Malta - Syracuse Yacht Race This race attracts some of the best Sicillian boats and will start in Malta. This year, this race will celebrate its 50th Anniversary and is organised by Royal Malta Yacht Club and Lega Navale Italiana, Sezione Siracua.
	17 to 19 September 2010: Powerboat P1 World Championship Already in 2009 the antique Greek city Siracusa hosted the Power Boat P1 World Championship, this year it is the second time. A new broadcast agreement with leading pan-European sports network, Eurosport, which will see the series' Grand Prix of the Sea in Sicily, televised live in September 2010.
